Focus on School Improvement
School Improvement needs to be targeted at a whole school and individual student level. The improvement cycle helps to identify the process for improvement but also takes into account the outside factors that may affect improvement over time.
The Plan, Act and Assess Cycle ensures that students needs are considered at both the whole school and classroom level. This maintains the focus on the students as our primary focus at all times.
